Hive Studios grants you the right to use the enclosed software components per development computer. If you intend to use our products on 2 development machines, you will need to purchase 2 licenses.

Hive Studios License Agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Hive Studios. All products including software components, demo files, license files and electronic or printed documentation are under control of this license. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the HIVE STUDIOS products, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, do not install, copy, redistribute, or use, in any sense, the Hive Studios products.

You may distribute your applications with any Hive Studios software components used in your applications in no royalty fees. You may NOT distribute any design-time license files and you may NOT distribute any electronic or printed documentation.

No run time fees. If you are writing an application that you intend to distribute to many end users, there is no additional fee associated with distribution of your application using Hive Studios components. This is true in all cases unless your application's distribution necessitates the distribution of Hive Studios licensing for our product(s). This would be the case if:

Hive Studios cannot and does not guarantee that any functions contained in the components will meet your requirements, or that its operations will be error free. The entire risk as to the software performance or quality, or both, is solely with the users and not Hive Studios. You assume responsibility for the selection of the component to achieve your intended results, and for the installation, use, and results obtained from the software. Hive Studios makes no warranty, either implied or expressed. In no event shall Hive Studios be liable to you for damages, whether direct or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential arising out the use of any component in the software.

LICENSE GRANT

This is a license, not a sales agreement, between you, the end user; and Hive Studios. Hive Studios grants to you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the copy of the software enclosed in this installation and the accompanying documentation in accordance with the terms in this License Agreement.

You may:

1. distribute unlimited copies of the DLL with your products royalty-free;
2. distribute Run-time license files with your products royalty-free;
3. install the software on only one computer under local user account or install the software on more than one computer under restriction that all computers must be members of the same security domain under domain user account;
4. make one (1) copy of the software in machine readable form solely for backup purposes, provided that you reproduce all proprietary notices on the copy
5. transfer the software from one computer to another provided that the software is used under credentials of domain user that have valid license

You may not:

1. distribute Design-time license or License keys under any circumstances;
2. use the software on more than one computer with the same license if computers are not members of the same security domain;
3. modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, create derivative works based on, or copy (except for the backup copy) the software components or the accompanying documentation;
4. rent or lease any right for the software or documentation in any form to anyone;
5. remove any proprietary notices on the software and documentation;
6. Transfer any of your rights under this LICENSE.

Without prejudice to any other rights, Hive Studios may terminate this license if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this license. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the software, or uninstall the software from any of your computers in which the software components are installed.

All rights, titles, and all copyrights to the software, documentation, and any copy made by you remain the property of Hive Studios. Unauthorized copying of the software or the documentation, or failure to comply with the above restrictions, will result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and will make legal remedies available to Hive Studios.
